Boca Juniors edged AC Milan 4-3 on penalty kicks as it ended tied at 1-1 after full time. AC Milan has struggled all preseason and has yet to earn a victory in the Audi Cup or the World Football Challenge. Milan took the early lead with a 27th minute goal from Emiliano Thiago Silva as it would remain 1-0 at halftime. The second half saw Boca look for the equalizer which they would get from Lucas Viatri in the 87th minute. The match would go to penalties and Boca Juniors won 4-3 as AC Milan’s preseason struggles continue.
