Despite having most of the possession and chances, Madrid could only muster one goal in the match. Raul eventually got Real Madrid a goal in the 2nd half but Al-Ittihad responded with one of their own to see the match end at a 1-1 draw. Real Madrid continues their preseason with the Peace Cup and will likely move onto the semifinals of the tournament.
