The goals were in the first half, one from Vela in the 39th minute and Zeballos in the 14th minute. The stats were fairly even as far as possession and shots on goal but the Crew were unable to find the back of the net. They are still 2nd in the group and likely to remain there with 4 points out of the last 2 matches.

W Connection got a much needed win over Comunicaciones on Wednesday night to improve their chances to advance to the knockout stage. All the goals came from Fana Frias who scored in the 47th minute, 55th minute, and 77th minute. Comunicaciones, playing at home, had chances but couldn’t convert but still remains 2nd in the group and 2 points ahead of Connection.

Toluca defeats San Juan Jabloteh 3-0 – Video Highlights
Toluca cruised past Jabloteh 3-0 on Wednesday night and remains perfect in group play with a 4-0-0 record. Jabloteh has only scored one match in group play and Toluca has only conceded one goal. The goals for Toluca came from Brizuela in the 29th minute, Zarate in the 66th minute, and Calderon in the 78th minute. It was a dominant performance from Toluca and they will on their way to the knockout stage.
