Chelsea got a 1-0 win at FC Porto on Wednesday thanks to a Nicolas Anelka goal. The goal came in the 69th minute as Florent Malouda send a cross into the box that Anelka headed into the back of the net.
Overall, Chelsea had more possession in the match but Porto had more shots on goal in the match. The match had little significance as the two clubs were first and second in Group D.
Both clubs have advanced to the knockout stage as Chelsea is first with 13 points and FC Porto is second with 9 points. Chelsea is only one of three teams that remains undefeated in the knockout stage and is one of the favorites to reach the final next May.
