Manchester City 2-0 Portsmouth – Video Highlights

Two first half goals sealed the victory for City as they moved within one point of fourth place Tottenham Hotspur. Portsmouth remain dead last in the table and seem almost certain to be relegated.

The goals were by Emmanuel Adebayor who got behind the defense, received a long pass, and scored on a close range shot in the 40th minute.

The second came in the 45th minute as Vincent Kompany headed a corner kick into the back of the net. It was poor defending from Portsmouth and the club seems to be destined for the championship next season.
